Titanium Base Abutment for single-tooth restoration

Used as a titanium base when fabricating custom-milled CAD/CAM zirconia abutments for cement-retained single and multi-unit prostheses. Packaged with the Abutment Screw (PXAS). Titanium Alloy [Ti-6Al-4V]. TiN coated. Final torque: 30 Ncm.

1. Material

– Titanium base abutment made of Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), a safe material for the mouth. It rarely causes allergies and resists corrosion from saliva or food acids.

– Works with most major dental implant brands
– Available in common connection types to fit different implants.

3. Design for Use

– Sizes: Platform diameters (3.5mm–6.0mm) and gingival heights (1.0mm–5.0mm) to match different tooth and gum conditions.
– Has an anti-rotation design to stay stable when chewing, no easy loosening.

– Strong enough to handle daily chewing pressure without bending or breaking.
– Machined precisely (with CNC tech) for a tight fit with implants, reducing bacteria buildup risk.
